When on Oahu, here’s a quick list of Fun, “Safe” outdoor sights/adventures to do. Hawaii is truly an “Outdoors Playground” ideal for “tropical ‘social distancing’ and fun!
Outdoor “Safe” Activities on Oahu Perfect “Social Distancing” Fun!
A. Drive to the North Shore/Haleiwa Area – a wonderful day trip adventure to the ‘other side of Oahu.
Check out the High surf at the famous ‘Banzai Pipeline”, browse the galleries at world-famous Haleiva town. Stop in for some wonderful ‘shave ice’ at famous Matsumotos. Then chill on the beach.
B. Take a leisurely hike up Diamond head: Great for the whole family, and the views at the top are breath taking. Morning is perfect time for this great hike.
C. Check out “Kuoloa Ranch” On the East Shore – a Great spot
D. Relax Beach side at world-Famous Waikiki Beach – grab a blanket listen to the surf, and ‘hang 10’ on easy surfing right here. Bring lots of sun-block, a good hat, a couple of drinks and sandwiches. Enjoy
E. Drive Over the Pali Highway, to Famous Kailua-Lani Kai Beach. Where the waters are turquoise blue, and the sand is white. If this is not paradise, there is none. And the drive is wonderful!
This where the Obama’s have a home….grab some beach chairs, hang out, and pinch yourself, cause is doesn’t get any better than this.

Ray’s Princeville place was a home away from home. As soon as you enter the place, you will feel that “homey feeling”. It was clean, spacious and it’s at the nice location in Princeville. The living room space with a nice view of the golf course will take take your breath away! It was hard to leave the space since the couch was very comfortable. The AC was an added bonus!!! The only problem we had…we didn’t have enough time to stay longerAloha!!!
