Hi Ray,
I wanted to post a review from our stay February 1st-8th, 2022 but it looks like because our original booked dates are over a year old, it won’t let me, so I’ll provide you with feedback here.
First of all, thank you for working with us on getting this trip to finally happen!
We had an absolutely wonderful stay! They gave us a 21st floor room with a partial view and the rooms were comfortable and well supplied, and the staff were all very helpful and nice. The location of the Imperial was perfect! We liked the ABC store convenience, easy walking distance to great restaurants and the beach. There was often live music on the grass area across the street that we could hear. The pool was often busy, so a couple of times it was difficult to get lounge chairs, but they said they were limited because of social distancing, so I don’t know if they usually have more chaise lounge chairs out prior to Covid or not. That was the only real drawback, but otherwise our stay was just the getaway trip that we needed.

We had a small window for a last-minute trip to Kauai. I went to so many websites and nothing was available for our dates. Then I found Ray. He told me “I have my own style of Hawaii condo rentals…leave it with me” and he found several options for two couples. Ray is my go-to for future trips.

We had less than a month when we decided to take a last minute 2023 Summer vacation and we are so glad you where able to get a great condo right at the famous Ilikai Hotel right at Waikiki Beach. We had an amazing view of the Hawaii sunset and had a wonderful time for 11 full days. We couldn’t believe the rates we got from you vs the big boxed travel sites! You got the hook ups without sacrificing 5 star service and condos! Your advice was right on and we got the to the best places that reflected our family preferences. Thank you as well for hooking my sister’s family and Mom this coming January 2024! Can’t wait to explore the other islands with your recommendation. You always available during our stay to answer any of our questions or just giving us advice!!!

Just wanted to let you know we had a wonderful time in Hawaii (again) and thank you for organizing such a great apartment. The views were fantastic and we could sit on our balcony and watch the Friday night fireworks uninterrupted.

Location, location, location!
We have stayed in Lae Nani #317 five years in a row. We absolutely love it! The location is perfect for enjoying our favorite area of Kauai. It’s quiet, has a fabulous pool and the unit is beautifully updated throughout. It has all the amenities you need to feel at home. There are many great restaurants and shopping opportunities as well as a spectacular view. This location and unit is our first choice in Kauai.

My wife and I stayed at Ray’s condo for 6 nights during the first week of March, and we had an amazing time in Kauai. For us, the place was a perfect quiet refuge after our days of adventure throughout the island. The condo is right along a golf course and within walking distance to the St. Regis and a few public beaches, as well as Queen’s Bath. We enjoyed taking morning walks along the trails that meander through the golf course and community, and enjoyed seeing so many other residents and visitors active too. We used the kitchen to cook breakfast and a few lunches, and it was great to have that flexibility. We also enjoyed the prime location near Hanalei, with the great restaurants and shops, and also the many scenic beaches and hiking trails in the immediate area. The North Shore has a secluded, peaceful feel that we didn’t find in other parts of the island. We would absolutely recommend the condo to others. Ray communicated promptly and his instructions were straightforward and easy to follow. His caretaker for the condo even stopped by to check on us and ensure we were settled in.

I just wanted to say that this condo was a hidden gem. We were so lucky to have found such a great place to say and a great value for your money. Central location on the island made exploring the island a breeze. Close to stores, and waterfalls, rivers, everything. The condo itself was immaculate and so comfortable. We just loved it! Ray was wonderful to work with and really helpful and accommodating. I wish we could return again now! It’s been almost a year since we were there and I cannot wait to go back and would stay here again. A rare Monk seal came ashore twice right on the beach there while we were there last may. The pool was warm and never crowded. We truly loved this condo and the location.

Ray’s Princeville place was a home away from home. As soon as you enter the place, you will feel that “homey feeling”. It was clean, spacious and it’s at the nice location in Princeville. The living room space with a nice view of the golf course will take take your breath away! It was hard to leave the space since the couch was very comfortable. The AC was an added bonus!!! The only problem we had…we didn’t have enough time to stay longer Aloha!!!
