Location, location, location!
We have stayed in Lae Nani #317 five years in a row. We absolutely love it! The location is perfect for enjoying our favorite area of Kauai. It’s quiet, has a fabulous pool and the unit is beautifully updated throughout. It has all the amenities you need to feel at home. There are many great restaurants and shopping opportunities as well as a spectacular view. This location and unit is our first choice in Kauai.

I just wanted to say that this condo was a hidden gem. We were so lucky to have found such a great place to say and a great value for your money. Central location on the island made exploring the island a breeze. Close to stores, and waterfalls, rivers, everything. The condo itself was immaculate and so comfortable. We just loved it! Ray was wonderful to work with and really helpful and accommodating. I wish we could return again now! It’s been almost a year since we were there and I cannot wait to go back and would stay here again. A rare Monk seal came ashore twice right on the beach there while we were there last may. The pool was warm and never crowded. We truly loved this condo and the location.
Ray’s Princeville place was a home away from home. As soon as you enter the place, you will feel that “homey feeling”. It was clean, spacious and it’s at the nice location in Princeville. The living room space with a nice view of the golf course will take take your breath away! It was hard to leave the space since the couch was very comfortable. The AC was an added bonus!!! The only problem we had…we didn’t have enough time to stay longer
